- Timeframe: If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
- Condition: No work has been initiated by our team.
- Refund: A 100% refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
1. Full Refund Eligibility:
Note: "No work initiated" implies that our team has not commenced any tasks related to the service, such as document preparation, application submissions, or communications on your behalf.
- Timeframe: If a cancellation request is made after 48 hours of payment or after work has commenced.
- Refund Calculation:
a. Government Fees: Non-refundable, as these are payments made to third-party entities and are beyond our control.
b. Professional Fees: A proportional amount will be deducted based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
2. Partial Refund Conditions:
Note: Work commencement includes any action taken by our team towards fulfilling your service request, such as consultations, document drafting, or submission.
