Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Actuary Ranjan, we are committed to delivering exceptional services with Transparency and Integrity. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure Clarity and Fairness for our clients. Under this policy:

1. Full Refund Eligibility:

• Timeframe: If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
• Condition: No work has been initiated by our team.
• Refund: A 100% refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

Note: "No work initiated" implies that our team has not commenced any tasks related to the service, such as document preparation, application submissions, or communications on your behalf.

2. Partial Refund Conditions:

• Timeframe: If a cancellation request is made after 48 hours of payment or after work has commenced.
• Refund Calculation:

  a. Government Fees: Non-refundable, as these are payments made to third-party entities and are beyond our control.

  b. Professional Fees: A proportional amount will be deducted based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

• Remaining Balance: The remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Note: Work commencement includes any action taken by our team towards fulfilling your service request, such as consultations, document drafting, or submission.
